​"The staff don't work on commission (I asked) but are super helpful! They greet you the moment you walk in and ask if you need suggestions or toy reviews and let you know they do FREE GIFT WRAPPING! I always come here to get presents for my kids' friends' parties because I don't have to worry about wrapping it, and I get personalized reviews from the staff working there.
The owner is often there, ask for Suzy, and her store has been a town staple for a few decades now. She always has really good toy suggestions."

"Our family of grandma, mom, and 4 year old, LOVED this place!
It's a GREAT toy store!! There are excellent quality toys, some of which I'd not seen in decades. There was even  a replica of a 40 year old Speak 'n Spell! The entire experience is happy and pleasant. Unlike crazy busy toy stores (including Hamley's in London) it is quiet, and you can think, reminisce, select, and enjoy! Even the restroom is adorably decorated. Items are beautifully displayed, in uncrowded aisles. The young woman who helped us was terrific, and provided local tips (including recommendation of Looney Beans Coffee, just around the corner)."

"A truly great selection of premium toys. We go here for most of our birthday party gifts on the way to the party.  Most recently my husband I went in for Christmas shopping for our 3 kids and 3 nieces and nephews, all newborn - 10 years old. Got everything on our list. Amazing customer service! They were super busy with holiday shoppers only 9 days before Xmas. All employees were calm, polite, professional, knowledgeable. They really set the tone for a great shopping experience even when they were under pressure.  They gift wrap for free which is another major bonus...especially for holiday wrapping. I'll gladly take the help! I also LOVE that they feature local kid designers right in the front. Look there first, they've got some great ideas."
